Description

Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-5 and recombinant mouse (rm) ICAM-2 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ICAM-1, rhICAM-1, and rhICAM-3 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmICAM-1 and rmVCAM-1 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors. Appears to be involved in the formation of the initiation complex at the promoter by mediating the interaction between Pol I and UBTF/UBF.
