Description

Standard H3 agonist. Also H4 agonist

Immepip dihydrobromide is a potent histamine H3 receptor agonist. Also binds to H4 receptors (Ki values are 0.4 and 9 nM at human recombinant H3 and H4 receptors respectively). Equipotent to or slightly more active than (R)-α-methylhistamine at H3 receptors.
