Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human Hela cell, human placenta tissue, human HepG2 cell, mouse stomach tissue. IHC: human lung cancer tissue, human mammary cancer tissue. ICC/IF: MCF7 cell. Flow: U20S cell, SiHa cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Binds to activated CDC42 and RAC1 but does not seem to stimulate their GTPase activity. Associates with calmodulin.
