JMJD2A Rabbit anti-Human, Invitrogen
Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 702449
This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Cat, and Horse. Recombit rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombit rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.KDM4A (Lysine-specific demethylase 4A) is a member of the Jumonji domain 2 family and encodes a protein containing a JmjN domain, a JmjC domain, a JD2H domain, two TUDOR domains, and two PHD-type zinc fingers. This nuclear protein functions as a trimethylation-specific demethylase, converting specific trimethylated histone residues to the dimethylated form. It also functions as a transcriptional repressor.
