PA1-4312 detects the Hippostatin/KLK11 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. PA1-4312 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~38 kDa protein representing KLK11 in LNCaP cell lysate. PA1-4312 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 68-82 of the 35 kDa human hippostasin/KLK11protein. There is 86% sequence identity to mouse and rat.
