Description
PA3-860 detects HERG in human samples. PA3-860 has been used successfully in Western blot, immunfluorescence, and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects the ~135 kDa and ~155 kDa forms of HERG. The PA3-860 immunogen corresponds to a cDNA fragment of HERG encoding 181 amino acid residues from the C-terminus.
