Invitrogen™ KELL Monoclonal Antibody (BRIC203)

Description
In haemaggulation tests, MA1-80068 reacts with Kp (a-b+) but not Kp (a+b-). This antibody will agglutinate Kp (a+b-c+) and Kp (a-b-c+) erythrocytes but will not react with Ko erythrocytes. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human CD238 antibody, clone BRIC203 recognizes human CD238, also known as the kell blood group antigen Kpbc. The kell blood group antigens are carried on the approximately 93 kDa erythrocyte membrane glycoprotein.
