Ensure accurate, reproducible results in immunofluorescence and flow cytometry experiments with the Epredia™ Microglobulin β-2 Ab-1, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.
Supplier: Epredia MS440P1ABX
Description
Β2-microglobulin non-covalently associates with the 44 kDa α chain to form the HLA Class I antigen complex. Human Β2-microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens is expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes. Clone HLA-ABC-m2 (also known as 246-E8.E7) is specific to human Β-microglobulin and does not react with primate cells.Host Species: Mouse
Clone: 246-E8.E7; same as HLA-ABC-m2
