Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Gibbon (94%); Marmoset, Mouse (89%); Rat, Hamster, Panda, Dog, Horse (83%). For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

LGR6 has been reported to be expressed in rat adrenal, brain, colon, heart, kidney, ovary, oviduct, small intestine, spleen, testis, and uterus. ESTs have been isolated from human B-cell/lung/testis, blood, brain, colon, eye, germ cell, head/neck, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, lung, ovary, stomach, testis, and uterus libraries.
