In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human LINGO-1 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin-like domain-containing protein 2 (LINGO2) is a gene located on chromosome 9q34.3, encoding a transmembrane protein predominantly expressed in the central nervous system.
