Invitrogen™ LRP4 Monoclonal Antibody (N207/27)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA527675
Description
1 μg/mL of MA5-27675 was sufficient for detection of LRP4 in 20 μg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects the extracellular domain of LRP4 approximately 215kDa. Degradation product can be seen at approximately 150kDa. This antibody was formerly sold as clone S207-27.
This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may be a regulator of Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
