Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HL-60 whole cell, human K562 whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell. IHC: rat liver tissue, human appendicitis tissue, human rectal cancer tissue, human bladder cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human ovary cancer tissue, human renal carcinoma tissue, human melanoma tissue. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell. Flow: A431 cell, HEPA1-6 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Sm-like proteins were identified in a variety of organisms based on sequence homology with the Sm protein family. Sm-like proteins contain the Sm sequence motif, which consists of 2 regions separated by a linker of variable length that folds as a loop. The Sm-like proteins are thought to form a stable heteromer present in tri-snRNP particles, which are important for pre-mRNA splicing.
