Mixed mGlu2 agonist/ mGlu3 antagonist

Selective metabotropic glutamate ligand for mGlu2 and mGlu3 receptors (Ki values are 0.165 μM and 0.302 μM respectively). Acts as an agonist at mGlu2 and antagonist at mGlu3. Analog of LY 354740 (Cat. No. 3246).
