Invitrogen™ MARK3 Polyclonal Antibody
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA5106476
Description
Antibody detects endogenous levels of total MARK3.
MARK3 is a member of a group of kinases known to regulate cell polarity via phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs). The protein encoded by MARK3 is activated by phosphorylation and in turn is involved in the phosphorylation of tau proteins MAP2 and MAP4. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for MARK3.
