Description

Rat Monoclonal Antibody

Product is supplied at 1 mL (100 μL/mL). Application Notes: Western Blot - A non-reduced sample treatment was used. The band sizes are 191, 263 and 316 kDa. IHC-F - Tissue sections were fixed in 4% PBS-buffered formaldehyde and pretreated with 2% hydrogen peroxide in methanol for 20 minutes at 4°C to quench endogenous peroxidases. Rat IgG2a was used as a negative control.
