Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, monkey COS-7 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: human laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas tissue, human serous adenocarcinoma of ovary tissue. ICC/IF: Hela cell. Flow: U251 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

MCAR1 enables NAD transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in mitochondrial NAD transmembrane transport. Located in mitochondrion. Is active in mitochondrial inner membrane. MCAR2 is a mitochondrial membrane carrier protein that mediates the import of NAD(+) into mitochondria. Compared to MCAR1, MCAR2-mediated transport is not essential for the import of NAD(+) in mitochondria.
