Recommended positive controls: THP-1, THP-1 (100 ng/ml PMA treatment for 16 hr and 1000 ng/ml LPS treatment for 24 hr). Predicted reactivity: Mouse (86%), Rat (86%), Pig (91%), Rhesus Monkey (98%). Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
