Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human Caco-2 whole cell, human K562 whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human Raji whole cell, rat kidney tissue, rat brain tissue, rat heart tissue, rat C6 whole cell, mouse kidney tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse heart tissue, mouse Neuro-2a whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

MAP3K2 (MEKK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates kinases involved in the MAP kinase signaling pathway. This kinase preferentially activates other kinases involved in the MAP kinase signaling pathway. This kinase has been shown to directly phosphorylate and activate Ikappa B kinases, and thus plays a role in NF-kappa B signaling pathway. This kinase has also been found to bind and activate protein kinase C-related kinase 2, which suggests its involvement in a regulated signaling process.
