MES-SDS running buffer (20X) is used for high resolution of proteins on neutral pH. It finds application in the separation of small to medium-sized proteins.

This buffer contains: 1 M MES, 1 M Tris base, 2% SDS and 20mM EDTA at pH 7.3. Store at room temperature. Keep away from light. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agent and acids.
