Description

Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Frizzled-1, rmFrizzled-2, rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, recombinant human Frizzled-5, rmFrizzled-6, rmFrizzled-7, rmFrizzled-8, and rmFrizzled-9 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

MFRP is a member of the frizzled-related proteins. It may play a role in eye development, as mutations in this gene have been associated with nanophthalmos, posterior microphthalmia, retinitis pigmentosa, foveoschisis, and optic disc drusen.
