MHC II Polymorphic Monoclonal Antibody (CI.13.I), Invitrogen™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific MA180492
Description
For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Guinea Pig MHC class II polymorphic antibody, clone CI-13.1 recognizes the MHC Class II epitope present on strain 13, but not strain 2 guinea pig cells. The antigen is also found in outbred Hartley guinea pigs.
The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry.
