Invitrogen™ MIP-1 gamma Polyclonal Antibody
Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA547643
Description
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) C10 is observed. Additionally, in direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) MIP-1 alpha, rhMIP-1 beta, rmMIP-1 beta, and rhMIP-1 gamma is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 μg of the antibody by the LAL method.
MIP-1gamma is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and a wide variety of murine tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1gamma signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1gamma chemoattracts neutrophils, and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1gamma contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
