Test Specificity Detects mouse ADAM19 Ectodomain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It also recognizes a C-terminal fragment (amino acids 588-705) of recombinant mouse (rm) ADAM19 in Western blots. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with rmADAM10 or rmADAM15 is observed.
