Test Specificity This antibody recognizes the human CD22 cell surface antigen, a 130-140kD glycoprotein.CD22 is expressed within the cytoplasm at an early stage of B cell differentiation, but is expressed at the membrane only on mature B lymphocytes. CD22 expression is lost during terminal differentiation to plasma cell stages.
