Native Treponema pallidum (Nichols strain).

Reactive with Treponema pallidum. Cross reacts weakly with other Leptospira species (L. australis, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. pomona, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. serjroe). Does not cross-react with Treponema reiter, Borrelia burgdorferi and Leptospira biflexa. Western blot (30-32KDa).
Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
