Detects mouse Cathepsin F in Western blots. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cathepsin B, C, L, or S is observed and approximately 5% and 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Cathepsin F under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions, respectively, is observed.
