In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP-1, recombinant mouse (rm MCP-5, and recombinant rat JE is observed. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with rmEotaxin, rmMCP-5, or rmCCL7 is observed.
