Test Specificity Detects mouse CCL3/MIP-1 alpha in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CCL4/MIP-1 beta is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human CCL1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, recombinant mouse CCL1, 2, 6, 7, 9/10/MIP-1 gamma , 11, 12, 19, 21, 22, 25, 28, recombinant rat CCL2 or CCL20 is observed. Neutralizes the biological activity of recombinant mouse CCL3 and will not block the biological activity of recombinant human CCL3.
