Test Specificity Detects mouse CD11c in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, 50%-100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Integrin alpha X beta 2 and recombinant mouse (rm) Integrin alpha L is observed, 10%-25% cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin CD11c, rhIntegrin alpha D beta 2, and rhIntegrin alpha L beta 2 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin alpha M or rhIntegrin beta 2 is observed.
