In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Epiregulin is observed, but no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Epigen, recombinant human (rh) TGF-alpha , rhAmphiregulin, rmBetacellulin, rhEGF, rhHB-EGF, rhHRG-alpha , or rhHRG-beta is observed. In sandwich immunoassays, no cross-reactivity with rmAmphiregulin, rhNRG-1-beta 1, rmBetacellulin, rmEGF, rhHeregulin, rhHB-EGF, or rhTGF-alpha is observed.
