Test Specificity Detects mouse ErbB2/Her2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots using recombinant protein, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ErbB2 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) ErbB3 and rmErbB4 is observed.
