Test Specificity Detects mouse GITR/TNFRSF18 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GITR is observed, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB, rmCD27, rmCD30, rmCD40, rhDR6, rmFas, rhHVEM, rmLTR beta , rmTNF RI, and rmTNF RII is observed.
