Test Specificity Detects mouse ICAM-1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ICAM-1 is observed, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-1 and rhICAM-3 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse ICAM-2 is observed.
