Test Specificity Detects mouse IFN-alpha/beta R2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IFN-gamma R2 and rmIL-20 R alpha is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-10 R beta , rmIFN-gamma RI, and rhIL-20 R beta is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIFN-beta R alpha is observed.
