Test Specificity Detects mouse IFN-gamma in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFN-gamma , recombinant cotton rat IFN-gamma , recombinant feline IFN-gamma , recombinant rat IFN-gamma , recombinant porcine IFN-gamma , and recombinant canine IFN-gamma is observed.
