Test Specificity Detects mouse IL-12/IL-35 p35 in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer or recombinant rat IL-12 p35 is observed. No cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-12 p35, rmIL-12 p40, rmIL-23 p19+p40 heterodimer, recombinant canine IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer, or recombinant feline IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer is observed.
