Test Specificity Detects mouse IL-2 R beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-2 R beta , rhIL-2 R alpha , recombinant mouse (rm) IL-2 R gamma , rmIL-21 R, or rhIL-15 R is observed. In Western blots under reducing conditions, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 R beta is observed.
