Detects mouse IL-20 R alpha in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-20 R alpha is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhIL-20 R beta , rhIFN-gamma RI, rhIFN-gamma RII, and rhIL-10 R beta is observed.
