Test Specificity Detects mouse Kininogen Light Chain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, reacts with full length Kininogen (aa 21-661) and several forms of the light chain starting at residue 389, and does not react with the heavy chain. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Cystatin A, B, C, E/M, recombinant human (rh) Cystatin D, F, S, SA, SN, rmCystatin/Stefin Homolog, rmFetuin A, rhFetuin B, rmHPRG, rhKininogen, or rhKininostatin is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
