Test Specificity Detects Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LT beta R is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB, rmCD27, rmCD30, rmCD40, rmEDAR, rmFas, rmGITR, rmOPG, rmRANK, rmTNF RI, and rmTNF RII is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
