Test Specificity Detects mouse and rat Kallikrein 7 in Western blots. Detects mouse Kallikrein 7 in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Kallikrein 7 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Kallikrein 5 is observed.
