Test Specificity Detects mouse TGF-beta RI/ALK-5 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TGF-beta RI is observed, and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse TGF-beta RII and rhTGF-beta RIII is observed.
