Test Specificity Detects mouse TLR6 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) TLR1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmTLR2, recombinant human (rh) TLR3 and rhTLR4 is observed.
