Test Specificity Detects mouse XCL1/Lymphotactin in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human XCL1/Lymphotactin is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant viral (rv) CMV UL147 is observed. In Western blots, 75% cross-reactivity with rvCMV UL147 is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human CCL1-3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13-25, 28, recombinant mouse CCL1-7, 9, 11, 12, 15, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27 or 28 is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
