Description

  • The milling chamber has to be cleaned manually. The knife is easy to dismantle for intensive cleaning.
  • The scope of delivery includes a standard beater made of stainless steel. Other optional tools, such as a star knife made of stainless steel or a beater made of hard metal have to be ordered separately.
  • Milling chamber can be cooled with water
  • Mill feed can be cooled in milling chamber with dry ice
