Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-15727 targets NACC1 in indirect ELISA, IHC and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15727 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human NACC1 expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15727 detects NACC1 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 58kDa.

Members of the BTB/POZ family of transcriptional regulators, including BTBD14B, contain a conserved motif in the N-terminal region critical for protein-protein interactions and assembly of high molecular mass complexes (Korutla et al., 2002 [PubMed 11906783]).
