Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Despite its predicted molecular weight, NADE often migrates at ~23kDa in SDS-PAGE. A suggested positive control is human brain tissue lysate. PA5-20076 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0194.

May be a signaling adapter molecule involved in p75NTR-mediated apoptosis induced by NGF. Plays a role in zinc-triggered neuronal death. May play an important role in the pathogenesis of neurogenetic diseases.
