Invitrogen™ NDUFA9 Polyclonal Antibody
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA536993
Description
This antibody detects endogenous protein at a molecular weight of 39 kDa. Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE.
NDUFA9 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial) is also named as NDUFS2L, CI-39kD and belongs to the complex I NDUFA9 subunit family. It is involved in stabilizing the junction between membrane and matrix arms of complex I, a late assembly step critical for complex I biogenesis and activity.
