Invitrogen™ Nidogen Monoclonal Antibody (ELM1)
Rat Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA106501
Description
MA1-06501 detects entactin in human samples. MA1-06501 has sucessfully been used in Western blotting, immunosytochemistry and immunohistochemistry. By Western blotting, it detects a ~150 kDa protein representing entactin. The MA1-06501 immunogen is partially purified preparation of laminin from the EHS mouse tumor. Store at 4ºC or in small aliquots at -20ºC.
This gene encodes a member of the nidogen family of basement membrane glycoproteins. The protein interacts with several other components of basement membranes, and may play a role in cell interactions with the extracellular matrix.
