NIR Dye s775z, NHS is a near-infrared fluorescent dye; supplied as an NHS ester for coupling to primary amine groups. When conjugated to antibodies, NIR Dye s775z, NHS is substantially brighter and more photostable than competitor dyes. It retains excellent target specificity, even when the degree of labeling (DOL) is very high. Excitation/emission maxima = 775/795 nm; extinction coefficient = 201000 M-1cm-1; quantum yield = 0.09.
